Liberty Film Group, Inc. was established in 2009 by industry veterans: Maria Nelson, Ellyn Long Marshall, Andrei Campeanu, with the specific mission of fostering the independent film market, focusing on developing and nourishing projects with cross-cultural, global themes. Liberty currently has 14 projects in various stages of development. The Feature film, “Lancelot” is its latest project.
Maria Nelson, the President of Liberty and Ellyn Long Marshall, Creative VP, possess more than thirty years of experience in all phases of the entertainment industry. They co-founded Orpheus Group Casting in 1987. The New York City-based company focuses on film, television and theatre casting and production. Associate Producer and Casting credits include:

Andrei Campeanu manages the business and production aspects of Liberty Film Group. Although his official function on the set is that of line producer, he is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of production experience.
Andrei started his production career as a DP for TV commercials, and has worked in every production position except wardrobe and make-up. His work has earned him more than 20 industry awards.
Andrei founded a/t media services, a company specializing in educational and documentary films in 1984 and functioned as its creative director until 2015. He has produced, directed and written award-winning projects for more than 25 years in the US, Europe, South and Central America and Asia.
He is currently the senior partner at Greycell Media, a NH start-up focusing on information design and content creation for the digital media market. Greycell also maintains an office in Munich, Germany, to service its European operations.
Andrei has a background in physics and linguistics, speaks six languages, has lectured on film and digital media production and managed internship programs for several Boston area colleges and universities. He is currently mentoring young film-makers as part of the Liberty Film Stepping Stone program and functioning as a judge for the Telly Awards.
Asger began his career in the film industry working for director and producer Lee Daniels. From 2003-2010 he worked on such films as The Woodsman, Shadowboxer and Tennessee. His work culminated with serving as one of the producers of the 2009 hit Precious. The film was nominated for six Academy Awards® and won two Oscars.
In 2012 he connected with Daniels again, developing and co-producing the Golden Globe nominated The Paperboy, starring Matthew McConaughey, Zac Efron, David Oyelowo, John Cusack and Nicole Kidman.
Asger's most recent project is a modern day South African western Five Fingers for Marseilles which had its world premiere at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival and went on to play at BFI, London Film Festival and the Palm Springs International Film Festival.
Asger’s next project is the true life story of Cuban ballerina Alicia Alonso, who in the 1930s rose to stardom in Havana and New York, only to be struck by blindness at the height of her career.
Born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, he currently resides in Brooklyn, New York with his wife and daughter.
Most recently Romy Nordlinger performed in her original solo show Places, based on the life of Alla Nazimova Off Broadway (59E59 and Edinburgh Fringe) to critical acclaim, in Lancelot by Steven Fechter and Cecilia Copeland’s R Culture. She has had costarring roles on Law & Order CI (Officer Talbor), BULL (CBS), All My Children, One Life to Live, Real Life, The Ruthless Spectator and numerous Indie features. Selected theatre credits include "Rose" in Shakespeare's Slave by Steven Fechter at the Clurman Theatre / Resonance Theatre Ensemble, New Perspectives Between Here and There by Cecilia Copeland, The Woman On The Bridge by Julia Pascal. She produced and performed in her original play Lipshtick at the New York International Fringe Festival as well as at The Source Theatre and her solo show Sex & Sealing Wax at The Midtown International Theatre Festival. Selected regional credits include Actors Theatre of Louisville, Wilma, Fleetwood Stage. Romy has narrated over 200 audiobooks. Other voice work includes playing Edna Hoffman in Florence Foster Jenkins, directed by Stephen Frears, and numerous voices in the blockbuster Monster Hunt, by the creators of Shrek. Board Member of League of Professional Theatre Women, Dramatists Guild, NY Madness, Resonance Theatre Ensemble, Flux Sundays and The Playwrights Gallery.
Will Kolb / Bratprince Productions
Will Kolb has secured financing for such films as Del Shore’s SORDID LIVES sequel, A VERY SORDID WEDDING. In addition, he is the author of the novel THE RENFIELDS. His recent film credits include ALL FOR AMY (actor). Will serves as International Vice President of Sales for Quadrille Fabrics and Wallpapers. In his spare time he runs the largest network of Facebook groups known to his members as THE BABYLON EMPIRE and was named the Emperor of Facebook by WIRED.
